Went to Murray Kia on 4/25/2013 looking to see some new cars. Met Joe Ball and this started a very pleasant experience when you compare it to walking into some other car dealerships. My wife and I wanted to see 3 different cars, Sportage, Optima and Soul. Joe made sure we saw everything we wanted and was very knowledgeable. It was just like sitting down and talking about the cars we were interested in with a friend. No pressure! End result, with what we thought was a nice number for our trade in and a fair price on the car, we purchased a 2013 Sportage. Financing was a breeze with BJ Murray, General Sales Manager handling everything, of course you still have to sign your name a lot. In all it's worth the trip to go and talk to Joe Ball. Thanks, Joe.
3800 miles later and I found myself back for my first oil change (complimentary with my new car purchase). Although it was rough to find a time to bring my car in (I work all over the place time wise) I finally made a morning appointment. It's first come, first serve so make sure you get there early. They do have a shuttle drive so if you prefer to go home or just need to grab some food, you're not stuck in the service office.

I have to say I wasn't looking to buy a car that day. I have been up and down Auto Alley on Ridge Pike. I knew all the cars today would ride relatively well, but I am tall and wanted to sit in the car, learn the gas mileage consumption (I wanted to be a bit greener with my purchase) and I didn't want to be in a car that would get me squished like a bug. Murray Kia and Rick their salesman was the final car dealership I visited that day. My experience was amazing. No pressure. I kept waiting for the "dealing" to come and it didn't. Rick sat me in the car he thought I wanted after a few questions I answered. Showed me the price, gas mileage and features of the Optima. It was more car for less money. He asked if I had my license, if I was local and off we went. Not the typical BS you get buying or trying to buy a car these days. The Hondas, Toyotas(which I've owned), and others on the alley were all much more expensive, no power anything for the comparative price of the car I purchased, and the gas mileage wasn't going to be much better.
I went home, sold my husband. After researching the internet for the type of car and called Murray Kia and picked up my new car that night. I couldn't believe how quick and easy they were to work with. So far, customer service, the hone calls, the emails from the owner all the way to Rick my salesman...have been more than favorable.
I'm actually looking forward and expecting nothing short of excellent customer service. I'm convinced I attract good people and good service into my life.

I highly recommend Roger O'Kane and Murray Kia. I was shopping for a new midsize sedan and I was using the internet my search. Roger responded right away with inventory he had available and net prices. When I went to Murray, Roger was there and greeted me in a friendly way like he knew me forever. We reviewed what I was looking for and he showed the vehicle I wanted. He gave me a great price and at no time did I feel pressured to buy. My experience with Murray Kia could not have gone better. Roger was an excellent communicator, e-mailing me responses to any preliminary questions I had in just minutes. I was quoted a very fair price via e-mail, and when I arrived at the dealership those numbers did not change. Joe began working with me upon arrival as Roger was tied up, being the last day of the year. Joe happily finished the deal and I took home my Optima Premium that evening.
My last 5 new car buying experiences have been from Mercedes, Volvo, Acura, Infiniti and Mazda. The Mazda experience was horrible, but my trip to Murray Kia was smoother than all of the others. Great job, I would definitely recommend.

Roger O'Kane and Murray Kia provide a no hassle and extremely fair car buying experience. Many Kia dealers include dealer ad-ons at inflated prices and then discount their cars from that price virtually giving you nothing off. Murray and Roger quoted me prices over the internet and stood by those prices. They discount from the sticker price and show the dealer invoice. Totally honest and totally fair. I actually enjoyed my purchasing experience at Murray Kia. Everyone there is great.

I then came back Monday night with my son (a mechanic at SXXXX):) I wasn't going to buy that night, but the service was exceptional, and I decided to go ahead a purchase the Kia Sportage 2012 Twilight Blue.....I love it. I drove to Murray Kia in Conshohocken, PA to buy a new 2012 Optima LX and because a salesman from Burlington Kia (see review for that) did his job so well I just needed to pick the color I wanted. My salesman at Murray was a nice older gentleman named Stanley. We were able to skip a lot of the “normal” things due to my having already gone through them so we got right down to the numbers. They have a decent sized lot and I got the last black LX they had (popular car!). They give you the best price they can and that's it. I was able to beg/whine my trade up a TAD but aside from that, it was fixed and THAT is what I was looking for. It is 2012 and people don't want to go through the same old garbage when they buy a car! Keep it simple! You make a small profit, you move a car and I drive away happy with the price. It was about 3:30pm ON Memorial Day when I arrived and I knew things would be a bit rushed (these guys do have families after all!) I didn't feel that here. The detailer had left for the day so when I went back last night to do the paperwork they made my new 2012 Optima SHINE! The paperwork was a breeze between Jason & Colleen and I left in what felt like a very short time. It's the way it should be! My wife's lease is up in 18 months and I will be driving her to your lot to buy a new ride. Thank you for my Kia and thank you for making buying a new car EASY!

Great service from Roger and all those at Murray Kia. There weren't any pressure tactics or lies when buying my new Kia Optima. The only Kia dealership in the Philadelphia area that takes the MSRP serious. Helped with insurance and lower interests rates and is still available today when needed.

I'm really surprised by the other rating as my experience was so different. No rushing. Talked to us about how we used the vehicle and even went down the list of options one by one with us to help us with the right model for us. They even let us drive both the V8 and V6 models and considering we had our six-year old with us, separately. We had such a great experience that we've talked about the next vehicle being a KIA, too!

I visited Murray Kia over President's Day weekend to look into leasing a 2012 Sportage or Optima. I had a long wishlist of features that I wanted in my new vehicle and not the largest of budgets. In my search for a new vehicle, I had gone to several dealerships in the area. The guys at Murray Kia were, by far, the most friendly, helpful, and patient salesmen I've met. My husband and I just bought a 2012 Sorento from Murray Kia. Everyone we dealt with there was fantastic, especially Roger. After visiting many other Kia dealerships in the area, we went back to Murray for the service and the prices. No gimmicks to get you in, best inventory in the area, and by far the best prices. No haggling. They want you to buy a car. They're not trying to get the most money from you. I'd go back there in a heartbeat.
I'd like to tell you about my Murray Kia experience.I had been looking for SAAB convertible in black for a few months when I happened upon your website. The '04 on your site just before Christmas seemed exactly what we looking for. I called the dealership and spoke with a gentleman named Roger O'Kane after I had sent him an email about my interest in the car. Roger was a pleasure to do business with from the beginning until the end of the transaction. I am in sales myself and have been for thirty years and you have yourself a good one there. I asked him a lot of questions, asked him to provide pictures in specific locations on the car, and with all requests, he was quick to respond. I purchased this auto site unseen. I know that was a bit of a concern for Roger but as it turns out, it arrived exactly as he had described it. I also did my homework with carproof and @dealerrater.com and everything checked out so i went ahead. I had budgeted for both bumper covers to be repainted and a little trip to dent wizard. Everything worked out fine. The car looks perfect.

My wife and I were in the market to purchase a 2012 Sorento AWD V6 LX w/Convenience package in White with Black interior. It is a very specific trim and option package that didn't seem to be readily available. Some other dealerships we visited while nice, tried to steer us toward what they had on their lots. I called Murray instead of visiting because it's a little out of the way compared to other dealerships and spoke with Matt Moore. I told him what were interested in and what we wanted to pay and he told me he'd call me back later. He called back an hour later with news that he had found exactly what we were looking for - in Harrisburg no less. Within 2 days of my first call to Murray we were on out way to pick up our new Sorento. Only when we got there did I find out that he ended up having to go to Maryland to get the car because the Harrisburg car was no longer available. Talk about going the extra mile. When we showed up to pick the Sorento up the rest of the staff were very helpful and the atmosphere was pretty inviting. No pushy warranty upsells, or dealer installed options. What he quoted over the phone is what I paid! I will definitely be working with Murray Kia for any future automobile purchases.

This is the third Kia we purchased from Murray. Got a good deal each time. Last one, a 2012 Sorento was done almost exclusively through email. I emailed Roger, he had the 2 vehicles we wanted to test drive all set up, my credit was already approved. Very quick and painless. And we got a great deal. We talked to 3 other dealers in the area and Murray gave us the best deal and had the most inventory to choose from. They don't add extra costs ($2000 pinstripes and remote start), no hidden fees, and have the prices clearly marked on their website and on each vehicle. We'll buy our next Kia here too.
I've had my Sorento since July 2011 and I love it. Buying at Murray was an easy, enjoyable experience. I had done a lot of research, so I knew what I was looking for and what I wanted to pay and I was able to find what I wanted at Murray. They were helpful, but not pushy. I'm sure you will have a positive experience there.
I shopped around a little bit, and Murray was by far the most customer friendly dealership. Roger O'kane at Murray was great to deal with. It was a difference between night and day between him and Jim Rosen at Kia of Springfield. I highlay recommend Murray.
After visiting Kia Dealers in New Jersey, where I live, I was dissatisfied with the way they treated me. They came across as slick salesmen who tried to sell me a car I didn't want, and made lots of promises without being specific, while forcing me to make a commitment. I had heard that Murray Kia in Conshohocken was different, so decided it was worth the 20 mile trip to see them (even though I have a KIA dealer just down the street!) It was absolutely worth it. I was able to make most of the arrangements over the phone and via the internet before going, and Roger had everything ready when I arrived. After asking me a few questions about the kind of car I wanted and how much I could afford, he was able to fix me up immediately. Roger called my insurance company and arranged new coverage, organized registration and tags for New Jersey, and just took care of everything. KIA cars are fantastic, affordable, safest cars with the best warranty in America. But don't waste your time going anywhere else. Go to Murray KIA in Conshohocken and ask for Roger.
I love my new Kia. Roger was was very helpful and knowledgeable, not pushy. Tried to buy local but got the run around, so worth the trip. He made buy a car a fun experience which up to now was unheard of. I was told my car was unavailable mericulously Roger was able to find just the set up I was looking for with color selction to choose from. He is a man who cares about his customer and it shows. Best car buying experience I' ve ever had. Roger got me the exact car (2011 Soul in shadow with spoiler, sunroof, and fog lights) I wanted and a better deal than any other Kia dealer in the area. The Kia dealers near me in Warrington and Quakertown said that there was "no way" that I was getting the deal that Roger promised but, it was just as he said. Oh yeah, and he also got me what I wanted for my trade as well. If you are considering a Kia, you'd be foolish not to call Roger at Murray Kia. My next car purchase will be from Roger as well.
After my car was totaled from flood damage, I needed a new car and fast. The car that was totaled was my 4th Honda, so you would think I would naturally get another Honda. I decided to look around because I think Honda is overrated, overpriced, and not worth what they go for now so I went on a marathon car shopping & test driving spree. After another Kia dealer was unsuccessful in locating the exact color/option combination on a 2011 Optima EX, I contacted Roger via email about one that Murray had in stock. He offered a great price (a different dealer quoted me $2,500 OVER sticker on the same car!). When I arrived on a busy Memorial Day, the Optima was detailed and ready to go. Roger even assisted in a challenging turn-in on my current lease, delivering the car to anoter dealer. The entire dealership was friendly, from the front door through the final financial paperwork. I would highly recommend Murray, as well as Kia's current vehicle lineup.

The best in the area. He sent me an email saying that the other dealerships act like they cannot talk money on the phone, "come on in" they say. He told me to call him and he can give me a quote over the phone, that he does not want to waste my time. He actually means it. He does not waste our time, he talks money right away. No bullshit. I was trading a car in, he was upfront and told me how the price could fluctuate by a few dollars, so even for that he did not want me driving all the way if it could not happen. He also told me what he had in inventory and what was available. He did not try to sell me only on the lot stuff. I cannot say enough about how well it went. A+
I live in N.J and was looking to purchas a new Kia Soul, I thought it would be a fun experience but instead it was very fustrating. I found out about Murray Kia and checked them out. This was the best thing I done because The moment I walked threw the door at the dealership and spoke to my sales person (Stanley Woolman) I noticed it was not like all the other dealerships I been to in N.J. Shopping for a new car is generally a taxing experience; however, Rick O'D, at Murray Kia, made this a truly fun day. I know it's wrong, but I do buy the salesperson as well as the vehicle. I really don't like to buy anything from salespeople who are overeager or pushy. Rick is neither - his sales style is one of confidence in his product and himself, with a friendly manner. I`ve been searching for a 2011 Kia Sorento for about a month, before I decided to go with Murray Kia. I`ve e-mailed other Kia dealers with questions I had about the vehicle, but never got straight answers until I e-mailed Murray Kia. I knew from the replies that I received from the internet sales manager, Roger O`Kane, that he would definitely be my salesperson! I went to Murray Kia with the deal in my hand. I saw the vehicle I asked about, and to my misunderstanding the interior was beige, not the black interior that I thought it had. To no avail, Roger fixed that real quick with a loaded Kia Sorento at a price that I was extremely happy with. I have leased and purchased many vehicles in the past, but my deal with Murray Kia, I`d say was the one I was dealt with most honestly and not taken for a woman who doesn`t know what`s she `s doing in a car dealership. Our salesman, Rick O'Donnell was honest, personable and not at all pushy...and really worked to get us the deal we wanted. I have been purchasing all my vehicles from the Murray Dodge. After Murray Dodge sold their Dodge, I wasn't sure about Kia. I visited Murray Kia and found great products with great price and the same people who has been treating me as the biggest VIP. Great dealership with great products - I got 2011 Sorento.
